It doesn't matter which package you purchase we will provide the same level of fanatical support and assist you with your email marketing plans.
There are three ways to contact us. Support is available form 9.00am to 5.30pm - UK office working hours. For accounts with a dedicated account manager there is an out of hours support line in addition to the working office hour service.

Use the email address support@creativemessage.com to send your support request to the team. We promote this address as the request goes to a team of people who can help you immediately. Sending to an individual's email address may not get an immediate response.
Support Chat
Built into each content manager of each system is a chat facility - this is proving very popular with some clients and it opens up immediate communications. When chat is not available the system reverts back to email automatically.
