Symantec use the Creative Message system to deliver large quantities of e-Broadcasts. The "creative" had been created by a number of agencies and the Creative Message system is used to send and track the campaigns.

All of the campaigns are co-ordinated from The Netherlands and Creative Message provided a central hub for all the distribution lists and tracking reports making the stats easier to track in a uniform package.
