Do you have to be a web designer/know HTML to be able to use creative message? Not at all. While you can freely edit the HTML of the newsletter/broadcast, creative message has its own built in HTML editor that features a series of buttons allowing you to format your broadcast without seeing a trace of HTML. These buttons are consistent with that of Microsoft products, so they won’t have you scratching your head for hours.
Will I have to install any software to be able to ue creative message, if so, will that limit where I can use it? Creative message is online based, so you do not need to install any software applications to be able to use it. This of course means you are free to use it from any computer with an Internet connection, at any time. I am very interested in tracking emails and responses to them, does creative message deliver this? Yes, creative message features fully automated tracking that tracks your newsletter or broadcast in read time, as it happens. With online statistics such as fully trackable web links within the newsletter/broadcast, you can be sure nothing will go untraced. What if a user replies to an email that is sent out? In the creative message content manager you have the ability to specify an email address which users can reply back to, this could even be directly to your inbox if you wish. How do I know for certain that my email won't get deleted because it is marked as "Spam"? There is no definitive yes or no answer to whether your email will be marked as spam or not, fortunately the creative message system has been developed with this is mind to considerably reduce the risk of this happening. By conforming to mass-mail guidelines, and working closely with Internet service providers such as AOL, creative message prides itself to ensure your email gets through. Are people able to unsubscribe from a newsletter/broadcast if they want to? Yes. Creative message has a fully automated removal system, where once a user has clicked "Unsubscribe" from the bottom of a newsletter/broadcast, they are removed from the list that they are in - instantly. What happens if an email address is incorrect or is no longer working? Creative message will automatically try to send again to the said address over the space of 3 days, and if it still cannot send after that period the address is marked as "bounced". However, "soft bounces" such as out of office replies are not marked as bounced, and will remain active so they can be sent to again. How easy is it to upload a list of email addresses to a creative message system? Once you have a list of email addresses, you are half way there! Simply specify which .csv or Excel file of email addresses you wish to upload, and add it to the system – creative message does the rest, and you're ready to go. Do you offer any kind of support for the creative message system? Absolutely. We have a dedicated team to help you should you run into difficulty while using the system, who can be reached either by phone or by our support desk - which also features an in-depth knowledge base at your convenience. Apart from support, will there anybody else to look after me if I decide to use the creative message system?
